Looking for a sport that's a little bit different? Want to keep up your gymnastics or dance skills? Are you a couch potato who watched Bring It On too many times and always wanted to do what they do? If you're looking for a workout that's so much fun you won't even realise you're exercising your whole body, join us at Spirit!

Competitive cheerleading isn't about standing on the sidelines cheering on a team. We take the best bits of gymnastics (tumbling) and dance, and combine them with stunts and tosses to form amazing routines and stunning displays of athleticism. Melbourne Spirit caters to all levels from beginner to advanced, male and female - it doesn't matter if you've been cheering your whole life or have never played a sport before. Anyone can be an All-Star!

Cheer 3/4 Coed (UoM Students Only): Training Wednesday 5:30-8 pm, Saturday 1:30-3:3 pm

Cheer 1/2 Experienced: Training Tuesday 5:30-8 pm, Friday 6:00-8:00 pm

Cheer 1/2 New: Training Wednesday 5:30-8 pm, Saturday 3:00- 5:00 pm

Pom (Advanced, Open All-Star): Training Mondays 7.30-9.30 pm Lazer Room, MU Sport Tin Alley, Parkville Campus; Thursdays 7.30- 9.30 pm Dancehouse, Carlton

Pom (Intermediate, UoM Students Only):  Training Monday 7.30-9.30 pm Dancehouse, Carlton; Thursday 7.30-9.30 pm Mind, Body Studio MU Sport Tin Alley, Parkville Campus
